How can this Myofacial syndrome be treated?

My wife has been diagnosed for Myofacial pain syndrome. She showed some symptoms of the depression and doctor gave medicines for the depression. But it was not of any help to her and it caused the severe pain in her. And was later diagnosed for the Myofacial syndrome how can this syndrome be treated?

  • The symptoms for the Myofacial syndrome may be misdiagnosed for the depression. But once it is diagnosed properly then the syndrome can be treated completely. But the treatments may take some time.
