My sister got treatment for the cancer in the chemotherapy in a cyclic procedure. What could be the cause for such a type of treatment method. I fear that this may further increase the side effects due to the chemotherapy?

    The on and off treatment for the cancer is given regarding the health condition and the stability of the person for whom the treatment is given. This will only reduce the risk of the side effects.
