whether would I be able to get some treatment for the disease without any side effects?

I was treated for the fibromyalgia a year back and taking the medicines regularly as prescribed by the doctor. However I am facing side effects due to this and would like to know whether would I be able to get some treatment for the disease without any side effects?

    The best way to reduce the pain without any side effects is by taking the massage therapy regularly and this will help you in reducing the pain without side effects. Aerobics training can also help in the treatment of the fibromyalgia.
