How do I make myself feel better and also sleep better?

What methods should we follow to have nice sleep? I am trying hard to get nice sleep and I am also willing to find the better way to sleep. I am unable to sleep well during the night time. How do I make myself feel better and also sleep better? I don’t know that do I have insomnia, but I think that I am having it.

  • Try to do some exercise and also try to relax in mid of your work. Give a visit to the doctor and find if you are having insomnia or not. But if you are not able to sleep well then you may be having insomnia.
