Can my food addiction be reduced by the use of acupuncture?

Can my food addiction be reduced by the use of acupuncture? I am ok and I don’t find any problems at present. I am aware that I am addicted for foods and almost all types of food. I love to eat especially, Chinese foods and noodle. I know that in the long run it will be difficult for me to have a good health and I have started to get fat.

  • Instead of trying for acupuncture, you should go for exercises and forceful and tactful reduction of heavy intake of any food that you like. This will require courage and it also will be difficult initially but once done it will be helpful and you will feel better.
