Are there any merits for my father in practicing this cardiovascular exercise?

My father was advised to take on cardiovascular exercise. His blood report had shown that he has a higher amount of blood cholesterol and he has the risk of having heart attack due to the deposition of cholesterol in his body. He is an over weighed person. Are there any merits for him in practicing this cardiovascular exercise? Is it suitable for everyone to practice this exercise?

  • The cardio vascular exercise refers to the exercise given to the heart and lungs by doing this exercise. One can reduce the risk of heart attacks and it also reduces the obesity in a person. It is suitable to every person and this helps to avoid osteoporosis. It also lowers the blood cholesterol level. By practicing this daily one can lead a healthy life.
