My wife has been diagnosed for fibromyalgia

At first doctor told us that there are no specific tests available for fibromyalgia. But later he advised us to take all kinds of test. If there are no tests available, why he persuaded us to take all those tests?

  • Fibromyalgia as of now doesn’t ahs any specific test. But it has to be made sure that by taking all kinds of tests to exclude the other diseases and disorders which mimic the fibromyalgia. Also some times the pain could be caused by some other problem. To know about the true cause of pain, all the tests have to be performed.
