How can i help to reduce his risk for heart failure?

My dad had a Heart failure. He is in a special ward and his special treatment is going on. This fears me and makes me worry about my dad. My dad is also having high blood pressure and he also drinks alcohol

  • High blood pressure is the most important factor responsible for Heart failure. Alcohol can worsen the situation. He needs to control his blood pressure and he should also sleep well to reduce his stress. Please ask him to follow the instructions as mentioned by the doctor.
