How can I lose weight fast?

For some reason everybody always wants to lose weight quickly. Even not quickly, but very quickly: 10 kg in a week or even quicker. Althoug it’s very strange and not logical, they gained weight very slowly and during a long period of time. In this article we will tell what all fast diets are based on!

The only thing you have to understand that information in this article is given not as a guide to action, but as a warning. So, we DON'T RECOMMEND to become thin quickly, we DON'T RECOMMEND to lose weight as it’s written in this article. You are warned. Most often weight loss is understood as weight reduction. We are faced by a problem of sharp change of body weight.

Body weight changes most quickly due to:

  • fluctuation of water balance, approximately for 60% the body consists of water i.e. if your weight is 60 kg, then you have 36 kg of water in your organism
  • intestines contents; this issue is the most obvious: since intestines are quite long, there are undigested leftovers in it constantly, their quantity makes from 2 up to 10 kg at an ordinary person

Lossing of excess fat go extremely slowly – at best by 0,5 kg a week so an essential loss of fat almost never occurs with fast diets. Thus, we see clearly what do the websites with fast ways of weight loss hold back. Namely you will be able to lose weight quickly only at the expense of water or contents of your intestines. Naturally, all kilograms of weight loss will return after some short period of time – when the water balance is restored and intestines will again be filled with food.

Are there diets for weight loss to be achieved in a week?

If you want to practice senseless mockeries at the organism, then apply the procedures saving you from contents of intestines and dehydrating your organism quickly. ALL short-term low-calorie diets (for a week or two) do it like that– you clean intestines and dehydrate your organism. Everyone who claims that such diets save you from fat, lies to you. However because of insufficient knowledge in the field of dietology and physiology, originators of these diets give you inefficient products – such diets allow to lose 6-8 kg, sometimes 10 kg approximately in 2 weeks. But if you understand the fact that it’s only required to clean intestines and to remove water from your organism, then it’s possible to think up also faster ways. For example, to lose 10 kg in 3 days. Such weight loss is carried out in three steps – by means of laxative, hydrocolonotherapy and diuretic medicines. And no diets.

Why have we described all the procedures of fast weight loss?

To make you understand how the majority of low-calorie diets for weight loss work. They deceive for you – you lose weight, but you don't get rid of fat. And the weight is naturally restored after some time. The structure of these diets almost doesn't make any sense, what unites them is very low calorie content (usually up to 1000 kcal) and lack of salt. At the expense of low caloric content intestines are cleaned, muscular tissue reduces a little, and due to lack of salt there is temporary dehydration. An example of harmful diets of this type is the Japanese diet, Margarita Koroleva's diet (9 days). Tea for weight loss works in the same way – it cleans intestines for a while. Also various thermobelts and “infrared saunas” dehydrate your organism by distilling liquid through sweat. All this procedures don't make any sense – you voluntarily scoff at yourself, but you don't achieve the main result – removal of excess fat.
