It’s necessary to wash only with clean, soft water without impurities and harmful salts. Distilled water or natural mineral water is best, but you can use river water – just boil it.
If you wash your face with hot water for a long time, the blood vessels dilate and remain in this state; skin fades, becomes sensitive to cold and flabby. If you always use cold water, the skin dries, loses vitality, degreases and peels off. It’s ideal to wash it with water at room temperature.
Our face is always in sight, and therefore we strive to care for it, but body skin needs no less care. The skin on chest, neck, inner surface of the thighs and forearms areas quickly loses its elasticity and sags, if you don’t take care of it.
In addition, our state of health depends on the state of the skin: if the pores of the body skin are clogged and closed, it’s difficult for the body to remove toxins and “breathe”, getting oxygen and nutrients through the skin.
