Lasix (Furosemide) is a derivative of sulfonamide, a diuretic agent. It inhibits sodium and chlorine ions reabsorption. This medicine has an expressed diuretic, natriuretic, chlorouretic effect and increases excretion of potassium, calcium and magnesium ions. (more…)
