Dr. Mary Holland
Doctor Mary Holland graduated from Midwestern University in Downers Grove, where she completed an educational course in the field of Clinical Psychology. She got her Bachelor degree in the field of Psychology issued by the University of St. Thomas in St. Paul.
Later she entered the pre-doctoral internship in the Department of Psychology at the Winfield Woods Healthcare Center. Over there she got great experience and education via practical work with severely mentally ill adults.
By now Doctor Mary Holland worked for different healthcare institutions such as inpatient mental health centers and ambulatory clinics. She is an expert in the psychological assessment and has been working with children from 6 to 10 years old, adolescents from 14 till 19 years old, and adults including elders of 65 and above in the capacity of the psychotherapist.
Since 2014 she is employed by Mark D. Parisi, Psy.D. and Associates where her main responsibility is geriatric, chronic mentally sick, and medically incapacitated adults.
Her main specialties are anxiety, depression and emotional disturbances. Among her patients are those who suffer from eating disorders, developmental disorders, domestic abuse, video game addiction, divorce issues, family conflicts, men’s and women’s issues, as well as anger management, and others.
Being only about 5 years in the profession Doctor Mary Holland gained high reputation and respect among her patients. Doctor Mary Holland is a psychotherapist who is focused on assisting patients wishing to change themselves. Her assistance is aimed at providing patients with an opportunity to expand their beliefs, thoughts, to teach them to control themselves, their behavioral issues.
