Diana West, an internationally certified lactation consultant (IBCLC), operates her private practice in New Jersey and is a former leader with La Leche League. She has co-authored several books, including "Making More Milk," "Sweet Sleep: Nighttime and Naptime Strategies for the Breastfeeding Family," and the 8th edition of "The Womanly Art of Breastfeeding" published by La Leche League International. Additionally, she wrote "Breastfeeding After Breast and Nipple Procedures," a clinical monograph, and the "Clinician’s Breastfeeding Triage Tool" for ILCA. West is also the sole author of "Defining Your Own Success: Breastfeeding After Breast Reduction Surgery." She holds a bachelor's degree in psychology and is currently pursuing her Master's degree.
