Sad Man

Among other health problems that can dislodge a man, erectile dysfunction is the worst, that is what people quite often call impotence. Men faced with the inability to start or complete a sexual act avoid even a visit to the doctor, going for some “miraculous” pharmacy products, but as a result of this self-medication they only aggravate their issue.

The existing medications and invasive methods might be efficient sometimes, but dealing with such a sensitive subject a smart person would normally prefer to consider some natural options first. However, the results of testing a number of natural herbs and supplements used by men in the treatment of ED have shown that, in general, their quality is not high enough. The actual data on the effect of this treatment is very limited.

In addition, many of these treatments are associated with risks. Moreover at the moment these risks are not fully studied. That's why the methods of alternative therapy should always be used with caution. Some of them can be not very healthy, others are not harmful, however not as efficient, as expected. For example in Russian tradition it was believed that dill improves men’s strength, however this effect is very mild and certainly it cannot be used for treatment.

Below you can find several of those, which is recommended due to their quite long-lasting and strong effect, which really helps to get rid of a disease.

  1. According to multiple studies, in some cases, ginseng is effective in treating ED. However, the property of ginseng to decrease sharply blood sugar levels can be bad for diabetics. In addition, it is incompatible with certain antidepressants
  2. L-arginine is an amino acid found in some foods. This is an important element for the synthesis of nitric oxide (NO).
Nitric oxide plays an important role in erectile function. It supplies an increased blood flow to the penis of a man, producing a relaxing action on muscles and blood vessels. For example the principle of action of Viagra, Levitra, Tadacip, Kamagra and similar drugs is based on the same. L-arginine might be effective, however the information on the effectiveness of additives with L-arginine is ambiguous. Some researches show positive results, other do not confirm this.
  3. DHEA is a hormone produced by the human body itself. This is a building material for testosterone. According to published research data in urology, this additive can help men with low testosterone levels, but there is no definitive evidence of this effect.
As a side effect DHEA can cause even liver damage and black dots on the face. Prolonged use of DHEA can also result in hormonal imbalance.

Hope that our recommendations will help you to recover your normal sexual activity and to have an appropriate family life.
