Age

Sleep

If you sleep less than six hours a day, go to bed after midnight, and get up broken in the morning, you will hardly be able to lose weight seriously and for a long time. A long-term study has shown that women sleeping less than five hours a day have a sharp kilos gain. Sleep hormone melatonin, which is produced in the dark, is also involved in fat metabolism.

Apple-like body shape

If the shape of your body is like an apple, then it will take more effort to decrease kilos number. Abdominal fat is very dense, to cope with it, you need more time. At the same time if you manage to thin down, you have more chances to keep slim.

Medications

First of all it is hormonal drugs. This is the case of those that are used in the treatment of bronchial asthma, women's diseases. As for birth control pills, the latest generation of these drugs containing micro-doses of hormones which do not affect weight. Also in some cases, use of antidepressants and some antibiotics can result in sharp increase of kilos which is difficult to decrease later.
