Hey there! Been getting these nasty headaches when I’m on my laptop or binge-watching Netflix. Could it be my eyes? Haven’t had an eye exam in ages… What do you think? Should I book an appointment?

It sounds like it could be your eyes. Headaches from screen time are pretty common if you need glasses or a new prescription. I’d recommend booking an eye exam to rule out any issues. It’s better to check and get it sorted.
