Yeah, it takes a bit of time to dissolve, but I think thatās normal for sublingual tablets. I usually let it sit under my tongue and move it around a little to speed things up. It works well once itās fully dissolved, so maybe just give it a little more time.
It does take a bit longer than I expected. Iāve been trying to hold it in place under my tongue without moving, and that seems to help.
I noticed the tablet takes a while to dissolve too. I found that letting it sit under my tongue for longer helps.
I also felt like it took too long to dissolve. I tried biting down on it gently, and that made it dissolve faster.
