Is there any hope for chronic insomnia without meds?

Hey guys, I’ve been dealing with insomnia for YEARS. I’ve tried everything—sleeping pills, melatonin, cutting out caffeine, you name it—but nothing really helps long-term. I’m tired (literally) of being tired all the time. ???? The pills knock me out, but I don’t want to rely on them forever. Is there any hope for treating insomnia naturally? Has anyone found anything that works, like meditation, supplements, or maybe sleep therapy? I’m desperate for real sleep and just want to hear what’s worked for other people.

  1. There’s hope for managing insomnia without meds. You might want to try cognitive behavioral therapy for insomnia (CBT-I), which has helped many people.
