Driven by a personal experience witnessing the transformative power of proper nutrition in managing diabetes, Amy embarked on a mission to empower individuals through food education. With over 15 years of expertise in both inpatient and outpatient settings, she brings a wealth of knowledge and a heartfelt commitment to each patient she serves. Previously, Amy honed her skills at Monte Nido Eating Disorder Center before joining the Culina Health team.

Fluent in English and armed with a Master of Science in Clinical Nutrition from New York University, Amy’s approach integrates intuitive eating principles to guide patients towards sustainable wellness.
