I am passionate about working with orthopaedic and geriatric patients to help them improve their physical function and quality of life. I enjoy getting to know my patients and what is most important to them in order to create a patient-specific, evidence-based plan of care. I am a specialist in orthopaedic physical therapy and have post-graduate education in a variety of assessment and treatment approaches including McKenize Method, dry needling, aquatic therapy and health behavior change. This allows me to use an array of techniques to improve my patients functional status through exercise (on land and in water), manual therapy, patient education and health coaching. I aim to help patients with their current concerns and equip them to have a healthy future.
