Dr. Ajay D. Gohil, MD

Prior to joining Lutheran Medical Group as a pediatric gastroenterologist, Ajay D. Gohil, MD, was a physician/owner of Pediatric Gastroenterology, P.C. in Fort Wayne, where he practiced eight years. Dr. Gohil completed his premedical studies at St. Xaviers/Gujarat College in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India, in 1975. He earned a medical degree from Gujarat University N.H.L. Medical College in the same city in 1980, and he completed a rotating internship at V.S. General Hospital, Gujarat University the same year. He completed a residency in pediatrics at Medical College of Pennsylvania in Philadelphia in 1988 and a fellowship in pediatric gastroenterology, hepatology and nutrition at Riley Children’s Hospital in Indianapolis in 2001. Dr. Gohil is a member of the American Board of Pediatrics/Pediatric Gastroenterology.
