Dr. Alex Bankhead, DDS, MS
Dr. Bankhead graduated from Weber State Universtiy with a B.S. in Zoology. After attending Creighton University for his Dental degree, Dr. Bankhead obtained his Certificate of Periodontology and Master of Science degree at the University of Nebraska Medical College. His Master’s Degree Thesis was on Human Bone Regeneration.
For ten years, Dr. Bankhead served as the “In House” periodontal evaluator for the highly respected Clinical Research Associates (CRA) and served on the faculty at Practical Clinical Courses (PCC) during that same time. As a faculty member of PCC he taught dentists from around the world the surgical techniques utilized in modern Periodontics and Implantology. Dr. Bankhead as produced several videos demonstrating various periodontal and implant surgical procedures.
When not working, Dr. Bankhead enjoys family, cycling, and riding his Harley anywhere the open road takes him. Additionally, he is an avid fan of the Utah Jazz Professional …Basketball Team.
