I am a clinically-active urgent/primary care physician, a Medical Director and physician executive for a statewide network of more than 3,000 physicians and 700 hospitals/outpatient facilities, a medical-legal consultant, a healthcare attorney (with interest and expertise in the early recognition and eradication of preventable medical errors and avoidable complications), a developer and supporter of new systems and innovative ideas to help solve some of the vexing problems in our fragmented healthcare system, and a dedicated patient advocate.
I am a Board Certified Emergency Physician, and I have recently served as a primary care physician for a PACE program.
