He is responsible for the development of The Bonati Procedures which apply advanced arthroscopic techniques to problems for the cervical, thoracic, and lumbar spine which have helped thousands improve their quality of life.
Dr. Bonati was the first to obtain United States Patents for arthroscopic spine surgery with the use of a laser and the first to obtain FDA approval for the use of the Holmium YAG Laser on the spine.
