Dr. Anand Dilip Bhatt, MD

Anand Bhatt, MD is board certified in pediatrics and believes in investing in the education of the child and parents regarding health and illness. He understands that each child and family is unique and compassionately tries to create a plan that best serves and optimizes the health of the child. Dr. Bhatt passionately approaches the child’s health in a fundamental and integrative manner, taking into account nutrition, lifestlye and the larger context of illness and wellness. He has a special interest in listening to the whole story and putting together seemingly unrelated clues and coming up with an integrated understanding of chronic illness and symptoms, with a plan for addressing and removing the root causes. Dr. Bhatt is trained in Functional Medicine and has a certifcation as an Ayurvedic Medicine Lifestyle Consultant. He looks forward to building relationships with patients as partnerships in carving out a customized plan for healthy, balanced and happy living. Dr. Bhatt also …loves to teach and mentors medical students by being on the staff of the Texas A&M Medical School Clinical Faculty. He is interested in creating classes and support structures for patients to help execute lifestyle changes. In his spare time, Dr. Bhatt enjoys spending time with his family and friends. He is married with two children. He loves the outdoors and exploring nature through skiing, hiking, rock climbing and white water rafting.
