Dr. Andrew Mullendore joined the OMSC team in August 2010 and currently heads up our Lancaster office. He received his Bachelor of Arts degree from Miami of Ohio University (Cum Laude). He began his professional education at Indiana University School of Dentistry where he received his Doctorate of Dental Surgery with Distinction. Dr. Mullendore then entered a one-year general practice residency in Indianapolis, Indiana. He completed his professional education at the University of Missouri-Kansas City Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery Residency Program, where he served as chief resident in the spring of 2010. As a part of the dual degree program, he graduated from the University of Missouri-Kansas City Medical School with a Doctorate of Medicine (Cum Laude). Dr. Mullendore is Board Certified in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery.
While at Indiana University School of Dentistry, Dr. Mullendore earned several awards. He was inducted into the Omicron Kappa …Upsilon Dental Honor Society in 2003. Additionally, he received the American Association of Orthodontists Award for Exceptional Interest in the Development of the Oro-Facial Complex and The Dean’s Golden Award of Excellence.
Dr. Mullendore is married to his lovely wife, Sarah, a native of Westerville, and is the father of Alex and Isaac. He was a member of the varsity swim team at Miami University and currently enjoys participating in triathlons. Dr. Mullendore’s passion is time spent with his family.
