Dr. Anne Wheeler Giuliano, MD

Hi, I’m Dr. Anne Giuliano and Big Sky Vascular is my varicose vein practice. I am board certified in Diagnostic Radiology and a diplomat of the American College of Phlebology. I have additional certification in Vascular and Interventional Radiology and Vascular Ultra-sound interpretation.
My career in medicine began when I graduated from the University of Massachusetts Medical School in 1993 with the highest of honors. I did a surgical internship while at the University of Massachusetts before beginning my radiology training at the University of Utah. I completed my diagnostic radiology residency in 1998 and my fellowship training in Cardiovascular and Interventional Radiology in 1999.
After my fellowship, I moved to Billings and began practicing with St. Vincent Healthcare. In 2006, I started a varicose vein practice providing a full spectrum of vein treatments. I have treated thousands of patients suffering from various venous diseases. Most recently, I have ventured out …on my own and opened Big Sky Vascular.

Here she evaluate’s and cares for patients suffering from Diabetic ulcers, pressure ulcers, Arterial ulcers, Atypical ulcers, Radiation injuries to soft tissue and bone, comprised skin grafts and flaps, chronic osteomyelitis, and wounds that haven’t healed in 30 days.
