Dr Anthony Caristo, DPM

He was awarded the prestigious American Academy of Podiatric Practice Management Tedi H. Clarke DPM Scholarship and the American Podiatric Medical Association Membership Scholarship in 1997. He graduated from the Pennsylvania College of Podiatric Medicine in 1998. Dr. Caristo completed his residency at Christiana Care Health Systems and served as Chief Resident.
Dr. Caristo is a Diplomate and is Board Certified by the American Board of Foot & Ankle Surgery. He is a Fellow with the American College of Foot & Ankle Surgeons and is a founding member of the American Society of Podiatric Surgeons. He is a Certified Wound Care Specialist Physician (CWSP) by the American Board of Wound Management. Dr. Caristo has active staff privileges at Christiana Care Health System and Delaware Outpatient Center for Surgery. His special interests include biomechanics of the lower extremities.
While practicing in Delaware for the past 20 + years, he has been an active member in the American Podiatric …Medical Association and is a past treasurer for the Delaware Podiatric Medical Association. He was voted in Delaware Today ‘s “Top Doc” in 2016 & 2017, enjoys spending time with family.
