Anthony G. Johnson, DDS, PC
Dr. Anthony Johnson has been practicing pediatric dentistry since 1998. In 2003, he opened Johnson Pediatric Dentistry, and has been providing optimal dental care to children in Bowie, Hyattsville and the surrounding areas ever since. He earned his Bachelor of Science in Biology from S.U.N.Y. College at New Paltz and received his Doctorate from the University of Maryland, Baltimore College of Dental Surgery. Following dental school, “Dr. J.” completed a two-year residency in Pediatric Dentistry at Lutheran Medical Center in Brooklyn, New York.
To stay up-to-date on the latest advancements in the field of pediatric dentistry, Dr. Johnson maintains active membership in numerous prestigious professional organizations such as the American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry, the American Dental Association, the National Dental Association, the Maryland State Dental Association and the Advanced Dental Specialists of Southern Maryland Study Club.
Outside the office, …Dr. Johnson is a sports enthusiast, an avid music fan, a voracious reader and an active member of Phi Beta Sigma Fraternity, Inc. He is a native of South Jamaica Queens, New York, and he enjoys spending his free time with his wife and their daughter.
