“Anthony Perrotti, D.O., is board-certified in family medicine and has been practicing medicine for over
34 years. At Conviva Military Trail, he leads a team of compassionate, patient-focused primary care

Dr. Perotti completed osteopathic medicine and surgery internship training at Wellington Regional Medical
Center from July 1987 to July 1988. He earned his medical degree from Nova Southeastern University College
of Osteopathic Medicine in Miami, Florida, from August 1983 to June 1987. Dr. Perrotti completed a threeyear
preceptorship in physical, sports medicine, and neuromusculoskeletal medicine at the Institute for
Non-Surgical Orthopedics and Sports Medicine in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, from September 1988 to January
1991. He then completed training and testing in Canada with certification in the Cyriax System of Orthopedic
Medicine. As an undergraduate, he obtained a Bachelor of Science in Pre-Medicine at the University of …Miami
in Coral Gables, Florida, in May 1983.
Dr. Perrotti, who has practiced in hospital, outpatient, and primary care settings, has been the physician
for the World Shotokan Karate Championship in Japan. He speaks English, Italian, and some basic Spanish
and Japanese.”
