Dr. Uria completed his undergraduate degree cum laude at Boston University, and went on to the Boston University School of Medicine. He completed his general surgery residency at the Mount Sinai Medical Center of Greater Miami where he served as Chief Resident, and completed his plastic surgery fellowship at SUNY Downstate Medical Center in Brooklyn, where he again served as Chief Resident.
