Dr. Ashley Maria Harrell

Ashley Harrell is a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) who has worked in healthcare for 13 years in various settings and the last 7 years as an Advanced Practice Provider (APP). Ashley treats patients in the age range of 18-65+ with a variety of mental health conditions, including anxiety, depression, obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), anger, insomnia, and trauma. She completed her Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) at Francis Marion University and her PMHNP at Johns Hopkins University. Ashley focuses on holistic care including evidence-based prescribing and non-pharmacological methods to improve mental health conditions of patients. She believes in the “starting low and going slow” method of prescribing that allows patients to develop coping skills to improve their symptom management. Ashley hopes to help patients improve their mental health through compassionate, holistic care.
