Dr. Bernard Matthias Degnan, MD

Dr. Degnan is board certified in Pediatrics and Pediatric Endocrinology. He graduated from Harvard University and Georgetown University Medical School. He completed his Pediatric residency at Fitzsimmons Army Medical Center and a fellowship in Pediatric Endocrinology at Walter Reed Army Medical Center. He also completed a 10-year military career in the U.S. Army. He is a fellow of the American Academy of Pediatrics and a member of the Endocrine Society and the American Diabetes Association. He has a special interest in diabetes, growth and puberty issues, thyroid disease, pituitary disease, and hormone issues. He was named one the area’s Top Docs by Hour Detroit magazine in 2008.
