Dr. Kooshki received his D.D.S. diploma from Lunds University in 1996. Dr. Kooshki attended a one-year post-doctoral advanced program at Baylor College of Dentistry in Texas and later a 3-year postdoctoral Periodontics specialty program in Richmond, Virginia. His field of specialty is extractions, bone grafting, surgical and non-surgical gum treatment including cosmetic gum surgery and implant placement. Dr. Kooshki has been practicing in Northern Virginia since 2000. Dr. Kooshki is an associate professor at Medical College of Virginia, School of Dentistry, Department of Periodontics. Dr. Kooshki is a member of the American Dental Association, Virginia Dental Association, Northern Virginia Dental Society and American Academy of Periodontology.
