Dr. Brian Alexander Pugh

Dr. Brian Pugh is the owner and driving force behind Hamilton Mill Endodontics. A native of South Carolina, Dr. Pugh received his Bachelor of Science Degree in Biology from Clemson University and then continued his education at the Medical University of South Carolina, where he received his Doctor of Medical Dentistry degree. After six years of practicing general dentistry, Dr. Pugh entered a rigorous 2 year residency at the University of Maryland, where he received his Endodontic specialty training. This sets Dr. Pugh apart from others in the field of dentistry as an expert in Root Canal Therapy and related root end surgeries. Dr. Pugh decided that Gwinnett County was the perfect place to open his specialty practice and raise his family with his wife, Leah. The two live in Buford, Georgia and have two sons. When he is not at the office, Dr. Pugh enjoys traveling, scuba diving and spending time with family and friends.
