Dr. Carol Simpson Papov, MD

Dr. Johnson-Baxter received her M.D. from the New York Medical College in Valhalla, New York where she was the Vice President of the Student National Medical Association. Dr. Johnson-Baxter graduated with Clinical Honors in Obstetrics & Gynecology and attended the New York Medical College on a full tuition scholarship. She received numerous awards including the Sanford Sall, M.D. Award in Obstetrics and Gynecology, the Lester J. Schultz Memorial Scholarship for Academic Promise from the Westchester Community Foundation, and the New York Medical College Cor et Manus Award of Distinction. Dr. Johnson-Baxter completed her OB/GYN residency training at the Stamford Hospital / Columbia University College of Physicians & Surgeons and has been with Women’s Healthcare of New Milford since 2004. Dr. Johnson-Baxter is Board Certified and is a Fellow of the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists (F.A.C.O.G.).
