Meet Dr. Charles G. Stone Jr.
We are please to welcome Dr. Charles G. Stone Jr. to the staff!
Dr. Stone graduated from Brazoswood High School (Lake Jackson, Texas) Summa Cum Laude in 1988. He then said goodbye to Texas for a few years as he made his way to the University of Mississippi (Ole Miss)where he earned a BA in chemistry and biology. Dr. Stone returned to Texas to get his D.D.S. (Doctor of Dental Surgery) from Baylor College of Dentistry in 1999. Next on the agenda was a transformation to an Army officer, then more advanced dental education at Ft. Benning, Ga. He was then assigned to Walter Reed Army Medical Center for his oral surgery training which was completed in 2005.
Just prior to joining us here Dr. Stone was stationed at Fort Meade (Maryland) as a Chief of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery and attending staff surgeon for the oral surgery training program at Walter Reed AMC. He now joins our staff, bringing knowledge and practice in oral diseases, facial trauma and …reconstruction, jaw and associated structure abnormalities, and facial cosmetic procedures.
Dr. Stone is board certified by both the National Dental Board of Anesthesiology and the American Board of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery.
