Dr. Charles Kaner has devoted his career to providing high quality care while maximizing patient comfort and cosmetics. He is constantly updated in new technologies by partaking in 100-200 hours of continuing education courses in advanced training yearly.

Dr. Charles Kaner graduated from Temple University Dental School after obtaining a B.S degree at Brooklyn …College. Thereafter, he completed his graduate training in periodontology at New York University Dental School. He currently is an Assistant Clinical Professor at Mount Sinai Hospital, an Assistant Clinical Professor at Mount Sinai School of Medicine and has been the Chief of the Periodontal Department at Mount Sinai Hospital since 1990. He previously held positions of Director of the Periodontal Department at St. Vincent’s Hospital and as Clinical Instructor at NYU and Temple University Dental Schools. In addition to his private practice and hospital commitments, he lectures both nationally and internationally on periodontics and implant surgery.
Dr. Charles Kaner provides his services as an expert consultant to dental insurance companies, many law firms, brokerage houses, police and fire departments. He is frequently asked to be an expert witness in cases regarding periodontics and implants.
