Christopher Baird is a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor with 15 years of experience in the mental health field. He has worked with a range of issues including trauma, mood disorders, and depression, as well as with a wide range of populations ranging from kids to adults. Christopher believes that everyone is perfect, whole, and complete at their core and anyone can achieve anything that they set their mind to. Christopher has a Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and is trained in EMDR and Neurolinguistic Programming Masters Level Practitioner alongside Hypnotherapy and EFT. Christopher is a Kripalu Yoga 200/hr Trained Instructor as well as a Reiki Master, a Vedic Thai Massage practitioner, and a Transformational Breath® Facilitator in training.
