Dr. Christopher Jetter

Following podiatric medical school and residency, Dr. Chris Jetter completed a fellowship in advanced foot and ankle surgery in Louisville, KY before practicing in Anchorage, Alaska. He spent the better part of a decade in Alaska before joining Southwest Medical Group in Cortez, CO.
Dr. Jetter provides a full range of routine foot and ankle care and has a specialized interest in cartilage repair and sports medicine. Ankle stabilization has been a significant part of his recent practice; he is passionate about repairing an ankle that has been holding someone back and getting them back to their lives.
Outside of work, you can typically find Dr. Jetter outdoors, backcountry skiing, mountain biking with his wife and four boys, or trail running. He’s excited to explore a new part of the country and see what Southwest Colorado has to offer.
