Dr. Constance Joneen Faro

Dr. Connie Faro is an OB/GYN in Houston, Board Certified in Obstetrics and Gynecology. She is also a Fellow in the American Congress of Obstetrics and Gynecology. After graduating from Auburn University with a degree in Biomedical Sciences in 1995, Dr. Faro enrolled in a Masters of Sciences program in Biomedical Sciences at Creighton University School of Medicine. After graduate school, she then joined a fellow graduate student to study in Antarctica for two months proving to be an invaluable experience. Dr. Faro returned to Omaha to complete her medical degree at Creighton University School of Medicine in Omaha, Nebraska in 2002. Following graduation, she moved to Houston, Texas and completed her residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology at the University of Texas Houston Hermann Program in 2006. There, Dr. Faro was elected outstanding intern and served as administrative chief resident. Upon completion of her residency, she started her practice in Houston, Texas joining her uncle Dr. …Sebastian Faro in 2006. He was an outstanding mentor until his departure in 2010 to join the University of Texas. Dr. Faro holds clinical professorship appointments at both The University of Texas and Baylor College of Medicine in the departments of Obstetrics and Gynecology. She has multiple publications from her research experience that can be found in various peer-reviewed journals and books.
Dr. Faro is a member of the American Congress of Obstetrics and Gynecology, American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology, Houston Gynecological and Obstetrical Society, Harris County Medical Society, Texas Medical Association, The Central Association of Obstetrics and Gynecology and Houston Woman’s Magazine Community.
Dr. Faro is originally from Palm Beach Gardens, Florida. She enjoys traveling and spending time with her husband, Patrick, and two dogs, Zoe and Luna.
