We Are a Chiropractic Family
As a child and an adult of chiropractic – I love getting adjusted! The chiropractic profession is very physical, so for me it is important to get adjusted at least once a week. If I have a pain, I get adjusted. If I am fighting a bug, I get adjusted. If I am preparing for a big week or a big work out, I get adjusted. If I have had a long week, I get adjusted. If I am just not feeling like myself, I get adjusted.
To help my body fully accept the adjustments that I so love, I must exercise, eat right, drink enough water and have a positive mental attitude. My husband and children gets adjusted once a week. I enjoy walking and working out with Joyce at Stone House Fitness and swimming. Since eating right can be challenging and our foods don’t typically have as much nutritional value as in the old days, we buy local & organic as much as possible, but we also use the whole food Standard Process supplementation to get all of the nutrients we need.
