Dr. Dale Roy Sweeney, DDS

Dale R. Sweeney, D.D.S., M.S.
Dr. Dale Sweeney is a native of Port Huron, having graduated from Port Huron High School in 1978. Following graduation, he attended St. Clair County Community College, Ferris State University and the University of Alaska before being accepted into dental school. After graduating from the University of Michigan School of Dentistry in 1991, he chose to specialize in Periodontics. He completed his periodontal residency in 1993, and began his Periodontal Practice in 1994. His love of Periodontics and the exciting field of Implant Dentistry lead him to receive advanced surgical training through the Misch Implant Institue. He was the first periodontist in St. Clair County to provide implant services for patients. He is a member of many professional oraginzations, including the American Academy of Periodontolgy, the International Congress of Oral Implantologists, and the American Dental Association. He has also founded and is the director of The Port Huron Study …Club, which is comprised of approximately 25 local dentists whose goal is the advancement of dental education and comprehensive care for their patients.
