Damon Tanton, MD, is board certified in endocrinology, diabetes and metabolism. He sees patients at AdventHealth Medical Group’s diabetes and endocrine specialty practice in Orlando and serves as the Medical Director of Clinical Practice at the AdventHealth Diabetes Institute. A graduate of the University of Miami School of Medicine, he completed his residency training at Wright-Patterson Medical Center in Ohio prior to undertaking his advanced fellowship in endocrinology at Lackland Air Force Base in Texas. He specializes in helping patients with diabetes, pre-diabetes and insulin resistance and providing treatments for patients with polycystic ovary syndrome, thyroid and parathyroid disorders, obesity, low testosterone, adrenal conditions, pituitary diseases, and more.
