Dr Danielle Jackson, OD

Dr. Jackson is eager to be your family’s optometrist. She has years of experience working in a very busy eye care center in East Point and has finally decided to open her own practice. Although Dr. Jackson hails from Texas, for the past three years she has made her home in the Atlanta area, more recently South Fulton County. She received her doctorate from the University of Houston College of Optometry (Go Coogs!) and bachelor’s from Baylor University (Sic ‘Em Bears!!). During her time in school, Dr. Jackson presided over several organizations committed to academics and community service and was heavily involved in research, presenting at the Association for Research in Vision and Ophthalmology (ARVO). Dr. Jackson has experience in many branches of eye care. She is familiar with LASIK and cataract surgery, taken extra classes in specialty contact lenses and participated in numerous free vision screenings. In her free time, Dr Jackson enjoys discovering new foods, being outdoors, and …spending time with her family in their South Fulton home.
