Danyell Collins-Facteau is a Licensed Professional Counselor and Certified Substance Abuse Counselor with 13 years of experience in the behavioral health field. Working in settings such as correctional institutions, medication-assisted treatment, and community behavioral health provided Danyell with a deeper understanding of the multifaceted nature of mental health and substance use difficulties. She has dedicated her career to the provision of person-centered, strengths-based, recovery-oriented care to adults who experience addictions, anxiety, depression, life transitions, trauma, and women’s issues. Danyell earned her Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Old Dominion University. Her background includes extensive work with individuals experiencing a wide range of mental health and substance use disorders.
