Dr. Schultz is a native of Indiana. He received a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology/Chemistry, graduating with distinction, from Manchester College in Indiana and received his Medical Degree from the University of Cincinnati College of Medicine. He completed a post-doctoral Fellowship and Residency from the University of Alabama Birmingham and fulfilled two Fellowships at Emory University.
Dr. Schultz is board certified in Internal Medicine and Cardiovascular Diseases.
Dr. Schultz joined Southview Medical Group, P.C. in 2004.
Dr. Schultz has authored/co-authored numerous Publications and abstracts.
