Dr. David P. Grise Jr, MD

Dr. David P. Grise, Jr. is a board-certified physician specializing in pulmonary medicine, internal medicine and critical care at Prime Healthcare. He also holds appointments at Saint Francis Hospital, Hartford Hospital and as an Assistant Clinical Professor at the University of Connecticut School of Medicine.
Dr. Grise received his medical degree from the College of Medicine and Dentistry of New York-Rutgers Medical School, and completed his internship and residency training at Saint Francis Hospital, where he served as chief resident. Dr. Grise also completed a fellowship in pulmonary disease at Saint Francis Hospital through the University of Connecticut.
An active participant in the medical and local community, Dr. Grise is a member of several professional organizations, including the Hartford County Medical Association and Connecticut State Medical Society, and a Fellow of the American College of Chest Physicians. Dr. Grise is also on the Board of Directors for the American …Cancer Society. To support his local community, Dr. Grise serves as Team Physician and Medical Advisor for local sports teams, including currently for the Hartford Wolf Pack and previously for the Hartford Hellions and Hartford Whalers.
