Dr. David Stuart Tabby, DO

Born in Philadelphia and raised in Wyncote, David Tabby’s grandfather was a pharmacist, and his father was a family physician. At Princeton University, David Tabby majored in Neurobiology and behavior, which influenced his choice of medical specialty. Dr. Tabby graduated from the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine and completed a Neurology residency at Thomas Jefferson University Hospital. He is licensed as a Pennsylvania Osteopathic Physician and has board certifications from the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology, and the American Osteopathic Board of Neurology & Psychiatry. After many years as an Associate Professor and researcher, during which time he published many peer-reviewed journal articles and a book chapter, Dr. Tabby entered private practice in 2014. He has four children and two grandchildren. David S. Tabby, D.O., has received numerous awards and recognition for his work as a teacher and Neurologist. From the Golden Apple award to being named a Top …10 Doctor, he was also elected to the National MS Society Health Volunteer Hall of Fame.
