Dr. David T. Shen

David Shen, DMD
Dr. Shen received his Bachelor of Science degree at the State University of New York at Stony Brook. He earned his Doctorate of Dental Medicine and his Certificate of Orthodontic Specialty from the University of Pennsylvania in 1981. He has successfully completed Phase II of the American Board of Orthodontics certification. He is a Fellow of the Academy of Dentistry International.
Dr. Shen, who has over 25 years of experience in the exclusive practice of orthodontics, has become recognized as one of the top five most experienced Invisalign® doctors in the world and is a member of the Align Century Club. He served as a faculty member at UCSF. He lectures internationally and has been invited to speak at the American Association of Orthodontists’ Annual Convention many times.
Dr. Shen has served as President of the Northern California Asian Dental Association. He was Chairman of the Membership Committee of the San Mateo County Dental Society. He is a member of the …American Dental Association, American Association of Orthodontists and the California Dental Association.
Dr. Shen is married with two children. He enjoys photography, water sports and traveling.
